Recap of the process that led up to July 18, 2018 override by the Centerville township ZBA of a tower approved by the planning board.  Additionally to fully embrace not building 128 network neighborhood tower we would be required to construct many more private single purpose towers.  This would increase our deployment costs to the consumer $750,000 to $1,000,000.  This money that would be collected from the consumer and would reduce the budget for FTTH.  It is 10 pages but an easy read.
