Technical Support Specialist/Assistant (Elk Rapids)

Come join our growing team! We are looking for a smart, capable, and motivated Technical Support Specialist/Assistant to help with the day-to-day technical support of assigned clients. 

 

In this role, you will be in a customer facing position providing technical support & technical Q&A remotely.

 

Full or Part Time/Flexible Schedule

 

Responsibilities:

 

Provide first to third level technical support to your assigned clients remotely.

Handle the creation of maintenance tickets in our database. 

Work on solving basic to major technical support issues.

Participate in meetings with the entire office team to discuss new technologies, company improvements and outstanding incidents.

Effectively communicate technical issues & ticket flows.

Contribute findings and troubleshooting documentation.

Update client documentation with hardware information, password changes, etc. 

 

Qualifications:

 

Proven ability to effectively interact with end-users in identifying and resolving technical issues.

Technical degree is preferable but not mandatory. Will train the right person!

Basic understanding of Networking Protocols and Procedures, Operating Systems, all relevant Windows Office products.

Prior experience in a technical support role, IT sales, or call center environment is preferable.

A passion for customer service and technology, delivering exceptional support to end-users.

Ability to multi-task across clients and technologies, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism.

Field Team Member (Elk Rapids)

​

Compensation: $16 or To Be Determined Based on Skill Level and Experience

Employment type: full-time / flexible schedule

​

Responsibilities:

​

Tower Installation;

Work on Residential Height Roofs;

Handle Power Tools;

Able to lift up to 100 pounds;

Update customer`s accounts in the database,

​

Qualifications:

​

No previous experience is required, but it is a plus;

Self-motivated and friendly personality;

Basic computer knowledge;

Clean Driving Record.
